Sunset Oasis is a four season, ranch-style bungalow, situated on a 1/2 acre lot and located on the west-facing shore of picturesque Sturgeon Lake, just 10 minutes from Lindsay, Ontario.

 

Lindsay is located just 90 minutes northeast of Toronto, and is part of the City of Kawartha Lakes.  Many charming communities are nestled amongst the beautiful lakes, winding rivers, scenic farmland and pristine wilderness. With over 250 lakes and rivers throughout and vast stretches of panoramic beauty, the Kawartha Lakes offer visitors a wealth of leisure activities year round.

 

This home away from home has two bedrooms (sleeps 7), fully equipped kitchen, eat in dining room and living room facing west to showcase the specular sunsets.  There is a four piece bath, hot water on demand, electric baseboard heat, great fishing, (local tournaments).  The wrap around deck faces both south and west, giving great dining options and allows enjoyment of both the morning sun and spectular sunsets all year round.  

 

The very workable lakeside kitchen included, electric stove and fridge.  As well as a breakfast/lunch bar for those quick meals on the go.  Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room which has a clear view of the lake.

 

There is also satellite TV for those who want a little city at the cottage.

 

With over 75 feet of shoreline and a 30 foot long dock there is plenty of room to moor your boat.  Sturgeon lake is part of Kawartha Lakes.   There are sixTrent-Severn lock stations from Bobcaygeon to Bolsover.
